Italica Organic Green Empeltre Olives

Originally cultivated in Zaragoza, Spain, these olives are long, asymmetric and slightly curved at the back, with a firm, meaty texture. Empeltre olives also produce olive oil of great quality and a pleasant and soft flavor.

This is a medium to large-sized, oval shaped olive with a strong and spicy flavor. Its flesh is juicy and meaty. Also known as Manzanilla Reina.

Originally from Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain. The Green Manzanilla is named for its rounded or oval shape. It is a medium, golden green olive with a fruity taste and an elegant and fine texture.

All three of these olive varieties are organically produced in the district of Olivares San Nicolas and prepared according to the traditional Sevillan method.
